The staff, especially Serge, provided exceptional service and gave great recommendations for local dining options. The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which could be a challenge for older guests, but I found it manageable. Parking was another slight hassle, though we managed well with public options nearby.

I enjoyed breakfast on the lovely terrace with deckchairs, soaking up the sun. The coffee and tea were available all day, and I appreciated that despite the lack of an elevator, the staff carried my bags up those steep stairs. It reminded me of the charm of European cities.

The room was amazing, cozy, and way beyond what I expected, with a bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! I loved lounging in the sun on the terrace. The garden was the perfect spot to unwind with a book. There were a few moments I had to wait on the stairs, but it didn’t really take away from the overall experience. 😊

I stayed in a spacious Double Room, and it was huge and comfortable! The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in. I loved the bright decor and large windows that let in so much light. Plus, a lovely personal welcome with chocolates was a nice touch! Only downside was minor parking hassle, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
